of the blueprints sold to you is strictly prohibited. Reproduction includes any form of copying and/or preparation of derivative work for any reason. When you purchase a blueprint package, you purchase the right to build only ONE structure and this right is licensed only to the original purchaser of the blueprints.

Copyright and license of house plans for construction is designed to protect both the designer and the purchaser. Intentional copyright infringement is punishable by fines up to $100,000.00 per infringement.

If you see that you need additional sets of blueprints after your original purchase you can purchase these sets for a small charge within 30 days of your original purchase. Any sets ordered after the 30-day period will be sold at full plan package pricing.
