Modifications are changes made to an existing stock plan. Many designers offer modifications for an additional charge. Modifications can usually be made easily and allow you the opportunity to turn a stock plan you like into one you love!

Some designers do not offer modifications but will allow you to purchase a reproducible set of prints should you wish to change one of their designs. If a designer does offer modifications, the service will be noted on the house plan viewing page.
