Membership Requirements

The Southern Designer, LLC maintains a quality representation of stock house plans. To insure that we continue to offer each visiting client the best plan representations online we have requested that each designer member meet the following guidelines to joining our team. All house plans submitted to SouthernDesigner.com must be in a CAD format All stock plans must have professionally colored renderings All floor plans must be clear and professional Designers must have a minimum of 25 stock house plans Designer must be a Professional member of the AIBD or AIA (U.S. only) Designer must have established company with a minimum 5 year history We ask that each designer limit their plan uploads to no more that 150 to insure that each designer receives equal representation.

The goal of The Southern Designer, LLC is to offer quality home designs, garage plans, vacation, cabin, rancher and multifamily designs from leading U.S. & Canadian designers. The quality of each designer's work must meet high professional standards.

Many websites claim to have all plans from the leading designers however; they do not. We are not interested in offering every plan from every designer. We are only interested in offering the best plans from the most successful designers.
